Rehabilitation of the façade in the building by applying the natural coating VIPEQ® F08 maroon and dark gray on a brick support. The brick wall may suffer different pathologies over time: dimensional changes, sulfate attacks, efflorescence, frostbite and impermeability to rainwater. Regarding impermeability, when the exterior surface of a brick wall is wetted by rainwater, moisture tends to move towards the dry part of it. If the humidity reaches the inner face of the wall being this one of a leaf, the problems that this creates are well known: deterioration of the inner lining and of the materials placed in its surroundings and an insane environment in the room due to the excess of relative humidity . With the application of VIPEQ® F08 in thin layer with thickness 3 mm we provide the facade with a barrier against rainwater, not only protecting it from atmospheric agents, but also as a thermal corrector.
