Project description

Rehabilitation of façade with VIPEQ® F08 projected cork in Gran Canaria.

The facade of a single-family house in the town of Arucas, north of Gran Canaria, has been thermally restored. It has been chosen to cover the façade with VIPEQ® F08 sprayed cork to create a thermal barrier against heat and cold. The application of a natural and ecological coating such as VIPEQ® F08 emulsion will allow to regulate the temperature of the home, avoid microcracks, avoid condensation and isolate acoustically.

The projected cork can be colored to adapt it to the needs of any project. The property of the house chose intense colors that allowed it to highlight the volumes of the facade.

Projected cork is a versatile product especially recommended for cladding facades that are exposed to the influence of the sea, as in the Canary Islands.
