Today we present this work carried out with ✨Extrafine MAP VIPEQ^®✨ throughout the roof of this building, in Ourense, Galicia, Spain.

✨Extrafine MAP VIPEQ^®✨ is a waterproofing for roofs or terraces and all types of singular points that is applied by roller or brush. In addition, it can be reinforced with fiberglass. Formulated with ecological water-based resins, being sustainable for the planet. 🌍❤️

Its application creates a waterproof film on the substrate, remaining totally adhered to the substrate without joints, seams, overlaps or unsightly patches.

This waterproofing can be provided with a thermal improvement by projecting our ✨VIPEQ^® F08✨ Spraycork on top; or with a layer of our ✨MAP VIPEQ^®✨, subsequently it can be covered with hydraulic pavers, terrazzo, ceramic or others, interposing a separating geotextile sheet.

It can also be used to repair asphaltic sheets, valley skins, strips, etc. deteriorated by the sun’s rays.
